Kevin has been a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) with NYS since 2019 and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) since 2021.

For massage he focuses in Medical, Sports, and Therapeutic. Both medical and therapeutic are broad classifications with many modalities within them, but areas he focuses in and has been pursuing further certifications in are Gua Sha, Cupping, MAT (Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques), Trigger Point Therapy (TPT), and Neuromuscular Techniques (NMT). Enjoying the learning process, Kevin has been taking his time exploring each and applying them on their own merits as well as putting them together in practice for clients.

With regards to Personal Training, Kevin utilizes a range of techniques and modalities with personal training as well, believing a holistic approach to health is necessary to get people dedicated to a lifestyle that appreciates everything life has to offer.

In his own fitness journey he has found his favorite tools/techniques to play with are Kettlebells, Steel Mace, Clubbells, the Iso-Chain, and Calisthenics.

Every client is unique, coming with their own strengths and weaknesses, and very often massage and personal training benefit each other, in practice and knowledge base.

He has worked with a variety of populations, including but not limited to: martial artists, athletes - ranging from recreational power-lifters and amateur bodybuilders to collegiate athletes, car crash survivors, cancer survivors, autoimmune populations, chronic disorders, and acute injuries.

As for interests and hobbies, Kevin enjoys (the blatant anatomy and physiology, exercise science books, massage modality books) history, reading genre fiction, true crime, video games, card games, and table top role playing games. He is a writer of genre fiction (horror, fantasy, science fiction) and a Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) practitioner and assistant coach for ELF HEMA.
