Epic Level Fitness offers several Fitness Services, including Personal Training and small Group Fitness classes

Personal Training

Personal Training is highly specialized training, where one of our Personal Trainers works closely with a client to help them attain and maintain specific fitness goals.

Yoga and Mobility Fundamentals

Yoga and Mobility Fundamentals combines yoga movements and training with mobility work to create both a gentle and challenging series of exercises that will help to gain increased flexibility and strengthen the muscles used in daily life. The focus is on strength and flexibility, with no added spiritual or philosophical component. This is referred to as Fundamentals because, although we will work through basic, intermediate and advanced postures and movements, the focus is always on simplicity and refinement; it is more important to be able to stand up from sitting on the ground as we age than it is to put our foot on the back of our head, after all.
